Paddington

This compact but yet spacious terrace property in the heart of Victorian Paddington is a wonderful example of modernising a home yet keeping it true to its traditional ways. The lighting aspect of this job took center stage with some lights illuminating the old & new fabrics of the property. Another exceptional addition was the installation of the Big Ass Fan which is a fantastic economical alternative to air conditioning. At the rear of the property was a garage with a pool and a terrace built on the top. Pool electrical in slab & garage lighting was a unique but equally challenging part of this stunning project.
