This comprehensive apartment renovation that involved a near-total overhaul of the electrical system, including the installation of an extensive home automation setup with smart switches from the ‘Legrand Living Now’ with Netatomo range which enabled scenes & voice control for our client Drew.

This project had a specific design objective: to showcase the client’s art collection while maximizing the night-time view of the city and harbour, all while ensuring ample and well-calibrated lighting. We utilised LED art spotlights with minimal glare, perfectly highlighting the art pieces without causing any distracting reflections on the panoramic view of the city & harbour.
