Wentworth Street, Randwick

A complete knock down and rebuild to the rear living and bedroom quarters. The kitchen design with Tovo lighting controlled with Le Grand smart switches gave this project such an awesome vibe. The second stage of the project was the garage and office set apart from the main house. A car lift was installed, external lighting positioned to enhance the engineered brick work which was a brilliant feature of the design.
